Lorain County parents who are working, in school, or in training can apply for help to pay for their child care by contacting the Lorain County Department of Job and Family Services. You must choose a licensed child care center, or home provider that is certified by the Lorain County Department of Job and Family Services in order to get help. You will still be required to pay for part of your child care, called a fee or co-payment.
