Our Customer Service Specialists are trained to check the status of your case, give you information about your benefits amounts and date of issuance, check date of Medicaid coverage and billing numbers, advise you of the date and time of your appointment, schedule or reschedule appointments, give you information on obtaining duplicate Medicaid cards or verifications from your record, and refer you to other agencies for additional services.

The information you report is recorded and forwarded electronically to our Change Report Workers, to ensure accuracy and timely processing of any reported changes. You may also report changes to your existing Cash/Food and Medical case online at odjfsbenefits.ohio.gov/SelfServiceSplash.jsf , or on this site in the Financial Support Services section.
