Report elderly neglect 24/7 for any county via the statewide APS hotline @ 855-644-6277.

Phone hours to apply or renew benefits are between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Lobby hours to drop off verifications or pick up forms are between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Higher than normal call volumes may be experienced on Monday's and any day after a Holiday. By selecting our call back feature you will not lose your place in line and a Case Worker from Lorain County will assist you during your call back. 

Shut down times are for Case Processing:

All Ques will be closed typically,  the last 2 Tuesday's of each month for case processing. During this time the Call Center will still be available to assist you. 

Intake: Shut down every Friday at 12:00 pm. 

Reap: Shut down every Wednesday at 12:00 pm.

Change:  Shut down every Thursday at 12:00 pm.
