Case Management
Individuals receiving OWF Cash Assistance who have a pending Social Security Disability and/or SSI claim may be assigned to a Case Manager.
Case Managers assist client with meeting the requirements of the JOBS Program. Some of the services offered by the Case Management program are:
- Referrals to an attorney who specializes in Social Security Disability and SSI claims
- Monthly contact to assist with Self-Sufficiency Contract
- Referrals for transportation and counseling assistance
